"Add support for Steelseries Gaming headphones" is backported from upstream in Ubuntu 19.04,

"add an option that allows rewinds to be disabled" is backported from upstream in ppa:mikhailnov/pulseeffects for https://github.com/wwmm/pulseeffects/issues/350 ,

gconf was depreceated by upstream (see https://bugzilla.rosalinux.ru/show_bug.cgi?id=9123#c28), now building both gconf and gsettings backends
