Fixed missing dependencies of libsmbclient.so.0 (now ldd /usr/lib64/libsmbclient.so.0 does not show 'not found' libraries after installing to lib64smbclient0 rootfs; it broke e.g. startup of mpv)

You may need to move samba-util.pc from samba-devel to libsamba-util-devel.
Otherwise standalone "BuildRequires: pkgconfig(samba-util)" give
"/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsamba-util"

Fixed in bug#9922
