This bug is a reminder of this problem, because currently not everyone agreed to make this change.

We should port adding '--print-requires-private' from https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/commit/0cc5e818a

Without this resolving a chain of dependencies is actually broken. We probably don't see the actual size of the problem because in many packages many BuildRequires were added even if they could have not been added.
