1. sudo urpmi.addmedia libcdio http://abf-downloads.rosalinux.ru/rosa2016.1/container/2951428/x86_64/main/release/

2. sudo urpmi --auto-update

3. sudo urpmi.removemedia libcdio

It was incomplete mirrors sync issue, should be fixed now. Please try again and close the bug if everything is ok.
