added the dependency ,without the displaying of the background themes using svg

добавлена  зависимость ,без которой не отображался фон в темах, использующих изображения в формате svg

Для тестирования исправления подойдут темы от Рамиля Садрлиманова:
sddm-theme-neru-city,sddm-theme-neru-rospo и т.д
