Plasma, VirtualBox
I installed Plasma on the virtual machine, start previous version of gimp, close it, full updated the system, added testing repositories, full updated system too, started gimp, restarted gimp and i did not see that bug. I think that I've seen that bug a few times before, but it's gone somewhere. Maybe the update did not load on the server at that time?
