Description of problem:

When you connect to the Tor network via the Vidalia GUI client cannot connect to the Internet with the use of the extension FoxyProxy. By default, Vidalia works over port 9051, when setting the same port in FoxyProxy an endless loading page. If the settings do not change FoxyProxy and Tor to run in console command <tor>, then everything will work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install extension FoxyProxy Basic in FireFox
2. FoxyProxy Settings: File -> Configuration wizard Tor -> whithout Privoxy -> Ok
3. FoxyProxy Change Tor connection: Connection parameters -> Port 9051
4. Run Vidalia -> Run Tor
