Description of problem:

Please set network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1 option to "true" in the settings of Firefox to avoid the problem with multiple NTLM proxy authentication: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318253

Fixed in firefox 38.0.1-2.
