Description of problem:

The first day of the week in the calendar is set to Sunday by default for Europe/Moscow. Please set it to Monday.

Traditionally, first day of the week is set on the basis of your locale, not location (this is the default behavior not only in KDE, but in almost all systems and programming languages all over the world).

However, you can easily change first day of the week in System Settings -> Locale -> Calendar.
