Description of problem:
I have installed ROSA 2012.1 Fresh and tried to use liferea.
After installation and launching I have changed some settings but these settings are not saved. After restarting liferea I see that setings are not changed.
The problem with unsaved settings was solved after dconf installation.

Thanks for catching this, explicit dependency on dconf has been added to liferea.
