Description of problem:
I have installed ROSA 2012.1 Fresh. After installation of package vzctl-4.1-3-rosa2012.1.i586 I could not uninstall it.
# urpme vzctl
удаляется vzctl-4.1-3-rosa2012.1.i586

This is a contrib package and it is unlikely that we will fix it in the near future.

However, you still can uninstall the packages using '--noscripts' option:

# urpme --noscripts vzctl
