There are some bugs like that http://bugs.rosalinux.ru/show_bug.cgi?id=2271 in bugzilla.
"User could not access to USB devices from Virtualbox Guest system with Virtualbox Extensions installed."

Could we realize such solution out-of-the-box in ROSA?
