Until it's fixed, it's better to change placement order in desktop settings. In Russian: Расположение: "сверху вниз, слева направо". It's not a real solution but at least should make life easier. Perhaps it makes sense to check if any of reported issues are fixed in 4.11 branch. First KDE 4.11 beta should be released very soon (maybe even this week) and I'll take a look. I decided not to wait and checked latest git snapshot. Looks like it's not any better than the current stable version. Meanwhile, can you please check if any "your" bugs were already reported in KDE bugzilla? Is this bug valid in modern KDE in Fresh R4?
