Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Rosa Fresh Gnome in Live mode
2. urpmi.update -a
3. urpmi inkscape
4. start inkscape
5. press File-Open
6. You'l see that.
When updating rosa-icons packeage there are nothing changing. But when I done 'rpm -e --nodeps rosa-icons' bug disappeared !!! So, this icon related bug. The newest versions both inkscape and rosa-icons are affected ! Created attachment 1324 [details]

So, I can't confirm this bug and it will be INCONFIRMED. Please, do not change this state untill somebody other will confirm this bug.

I find icons which breaks my inkscape there are /usr/share/icons/rosa/devices/48/gnome-dev-media-ms.svg /usr/share/icons/rosa/devices/24/gnome-dev-media-ms.svg This icons are using for usb pen & hdd. That is why you can't reproduce a bug. Just plug usb flash into your computer! Then I made some modification. inkscape -f oldfile -l newfile and replace both bugged files. My inkscape are now working! It allow me to open and save file! I'm not sure, how many broken icons contains rosa-icons I'm not using such device as floppy, cd, dvd ,phone, etc. So we can't solve that bug without checking any files from rosa-icons! Have you any ideas? The root of the problem in the rsvg that in the new version works very instable with rosa-icon theme (all our icons in SVG). So, some time ago we added a workaround [1] for this bug and I do not see problems on all my machines. Well, I will try to reproduce this bug again. I tried that devices. All is ok.
Only 2 icons are buged:

On my test system, KDE and GNOME installed at the same time (using a task-gnome). Perhaps the reason for this? I doubt it. I think the root of the problem somewhere in your 'File/Open' dialog configuration. Some settings for 'File/Open' dialog in your system are different with the settings for this dialog in the my systems, so I can't reproduce this bug. Do you plug in USB device (HDD,flash)?
Bug only appears when using icon for USB device.

Yes, I tried to plug in usb flash, DVD. I will try to plug in usb hdd. I dont know why your installation is not affected... Are you using default theme? Can you test this on the another machines ? No. But in this packages was changed many of links to icons...
When I delete 2 files
/usr/share/icons/rosa/devices/24/gnome-dev-removable.svg
/usr/share/icons/rosa/devices/48/gnome-dev-removable.svg
it starts work.
Please patch also these files.
Are you sure that 48x48 icons should be converted too? I don't see where they used in the file/open dialog. Try this package [1]. I converted all icons in the folder "/usr/share/icons/rosa/devices/24/" there.
