Advisory:
Three packages in one bug. Fix http://bugs.rosalinux.ru/show_bug.cgi?id=1385

What changes:

1. gstreamer1.0-plugins-good was rebuilt with gstreamer-vp8 (vpx) plugin.
2. As the same package was in gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad, it was renamed to gstreamer-rtpvp8
3. cheese requires gstreamer-vp8 now.
