Description of problem:
Log in as ussual user.
Open konsole.
Type su and press enter.
Enter root password.
If You will launch kcalc You have:
# kcalc
kcalc(9167)/kdeui (kdelibs): Session bus not found 
To circumvent this problem try the following command (with Linux and bash) 
export $(dbus-launch)

But if You enter to root session with "su -l"  kcalc is starting successfully.

this is not an expected way of starting the application
