Упаковал firmware: https://abf.io/import/rtk_btusb/commit/4816f9116530462b7ce3ee81b27248c8cb325ef1

Взял ее из https://github.com/armbian/firmware/tree/a5ab2c6/rtl_bt

В 2021.1 прилетит обновлением через соседний (пока еще не созданный) баг.

По возможности стоит проверить, заработает ли Bluetooth
