In OCt 06 2022 Fedya updated the python3-pychromecast package, but it cannot be installed: dnf replies with

Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides (python3.8dist(protobuf) = 3.19.1) needed by python3-pychromecast-12.1.4-1.x86_64

Notice the version of the required python3-protobuf package (3.19.1): we ATM have 3.12.3-3...

Please update protobuf to the required version.
