Fluidsynth can use sound fonts in the Downloadable Sounds (DLS) format, but for this it needs the libinstpatch library: unfortunately this package got moved back in Contrib (I remember having added it to Main long before the 2021.1 release...) and now cannot be used to build fluidsynth...

Please move libinstpatch to Main.
