I have pushed a commit to update ppsspp to version 1.10.3. This updates and Syncs with Mageia. Please pull this commit.

please do not store temporary file *.spec~ in git
Please do not copypaste specs from mageia, your diff is not readable because it makes too many not needed changes like replacing tabs with spaces etc.
