In rpmdrake in updates as well as in urpmi -auto-update -v is only showing:

but they are already installed. 

rpm --rebuilddb is not possible:

rpmdb: BDB2055 Lock table is out of available lock entries
error: db3associate:db3.c:1582: db->associate(12): Nicht genügend Hauptspeicher verfügbar (not enough main memory)

same situation when using: rpm-restore

if I install a new rpm package than its work in general but it gives out failure messages:
