Includes fixes for CVEs in Intel and AMD CPUs

Also switched from "dracut -f /boot/initrd-$(uname -r).img $(uname -r)" to systemd-initramfs-gen for rebuilding initrd images. This will help to avoid issues when current running kernel does not match the target kernel of the next boot.
