ew mpv releases needs libplacebo to have vulkan support: that library in turn needs glslang and spirv-tools that we don't have ATM, and those two need spirv-headers (also missing in our repositories).
So I decided to bite the bullet and make all the needed packages. This is now done, but there is some fallout to handle: vkd3d was using a couple of headers coming from spirv-headers, but actually provided by the vulkan package (see bug #10293).
Update vkd3d and make use of the new spirv-headers and spirv-tools packages.
