Description of problem:
After starting KDE the .xsession-errors file gets filled with tons of 
[/usr/bin/nepomukservicestub] nepomukstorage(3011)/nepomuk (storage service): FIXME

These errors are unlikely critical. And keeping in mind that KDE guys are going to replace Nepomuk with Baloo, one shouldn't expect active work on Nepomuk in upstream.
