It would be great to add Cybercafe management programs, like Cyborg Server, Mkahawa, Cafe con leche, Zencafe (a linux distro regrouping these programs), and others. Ubuntu can install a lot of them.

Linux doesn't miss anything for a cybercafe, except better availability of needed software

By diversifing your areas of competences, you can find quite new public for your OS. Launching new businesses will become easier, because it will be available absolutely for free, except for commercial rent and taxes.
