uname and lspci

Description of problem:
I have installed ROSA 2012 LTS and configured network interface eth0, like this:
DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
NM_CONTROLLED=yes

After reboot network interface etho was misconfigured:
1. The file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 is missed
2. I have no ip on eth0:
[root@localhost skok]# ifconfig -a
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 24:B6:FD:36:3D:E8
          UP BROADCAST MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:13 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:6 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:780 (780.0 b)  TX bytes:468 (468.0 b)
          Interrupt:41 Base address:0xe000

lo        Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1  Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING  MTU:16436  Metric:1
          RX packets:40 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:40 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:3384 (3.3 KiB)  TX bytes:3384 (3.3 KiB)

I have configured eth0 again with NetworkManager but it has been useless. Ip configuration on eth0 does not exist.
As regards networkmanager - its behavior is strange.
After reboot it shows - "Cable is unplugged" and in "Connections" there are no strings at all. If I remove flag "Managed network" and set it again - network is appeared.
