Lol, what?
What are you want: new package, addon to exist package, bugfix?

The user wants our system to support specific type of equipment, USB-RS232. It's up to us to choose the exact way to add this support if we consider this important enough.

Please, do not start conversations with users with "lolwut", especially when they come to our sites.

It's sounds like "на деревню дедушке".

What kind of bug it is?
Request for new RPM?

I hope we will not see anymore messages like that.

I've been wondering why all quickly ran to the "lol". but not
for unacceptable ticket.

This is a Feature Request (please, check the "Product" field). In addition to asking specific features in specific packages, legitimate Feature Requests may also ask for functionality in the distribution as a whole. Such requests may span several packages; that's why a special product "Features" was created in addition to the usual "bug in package."

This one asks for equipment support. If it is possible in many different ways, what's the best?

The ticket is acceptable. We accept Feature Requests in our bugzilla. Please, see 09.07.12 and 16.07.12 mails in rosa-devel@. This is not an official policy, but if you want to discuss it, please, do this in the mailing list rather than in this ticket. I will remove all your further comments on this matter here. Thank you.

Sure, go for it.

Note that the sources attached to this bug are too old and can't be compiled with modern kernel.

It is probably better to get the fresh sources from here:

So did we get any progress with this bug? And do we still want to have moxa drivers in our repositories?

Увы не собрал.
