Konsole command pcsd -fd

Description of problem:I have tried to install the following package ( see http://eid.belgium.be/ and :http://eid.belgium.be/en/using_your_eid/installing_the_eid_software/linux ) :
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 "Santiago", Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 "Maipo" and similar distributions, such as CentOS: eid-archive-epel.rpm (RPM, 7.54 KB)
No success but after having installed some libraries in particular pcscdlite, libusb 1.0.8, openjdk , ifdokccid_linux_x86_64_v4.5.5.and having compiled programs following the readme, the cardreader works, but only when the command pcsd -fd is used
