Description of problem:
ROSA 2012 RP1 iso 394th.
System can not be shutdown and restart.
A similar problem here. But it is not solved.

System is Shutdown and Rebooted!
I'm install fglrx packages and all works.
In dmesg message the error remained. But in systemlog is out.
