Vendor presented driver kit only for 2.6 kernel and older

This driver is integrated into the linux kernel since version 2.6.30 (http://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/USB_SERIAL_CP210X.html). The module is present in the /lib/modules/3.0.38-nrj-desktop-1rosa.lts/kernel/drivers/usb/serial folder.
