Can I get you to remove the file apache.example.conf? It seems to be a Documentation example. Not a real config file and it disrupts the functionality of OwnCloud and eGroupware.

I have to remove apache.example.conf every upgrade.

This file was rename to apache.conf.example in the new update from bug #6139.
