This bluetooth chip works fine in Mint with the default 3.13 and 3.19, we try the default 3.14.33-39 and 3.18.16 in ROSA X2, with no success: 

As you see: there is even no bluetooth device detected in hw-probe.

Here is the output of lsmod | grep btusb

lsusb in Mint shows, that it is a foxcon chip: lsusb
