Description Shalok Shalom 2015-06-17 21:00:32 MSD
I install ROSA X2, update systemd and udev and reboot.

Then appear the next, huge update with 333 packages:

I launch ROSA Freeze, it start success full.

I run the updates and it give me an error, that the kernel cant get updated, since it cause a conflict with the already existing one (3.14.33 > 3.14.39)

I save the state of the system in ROSA Freeze and launch the update manager again:

Now appear another error message: The Kernel cant get upgraded, since it need 25 mb in /lib.

I restart and launch the update manager again. The Kernel get installed success full. (Together with 6-7 other applications, which dont get upgraded before as well)

I install a bunch of apps and restart later.

After the next boot are all my changes (Kernel plus 6-7 other applications and all manual installed apps) gone.

To ship such a software, which is aimed to avoid troubles while the update process, in the Enterprise edition, is maybe a bit risky.

This is my first fail in ROSA X2 at all and i use it here on 4 different devices.

These are the so called 6-7 other applications, they appear now again and again, as it seems. Run them now for the third time.. http://funkyimg.com/view/Yj7i

I guess the folder /lib was full, when the update runs, why exactly when the kernel gets downloaded: i dont know. I will reinstall this system now, by far to unsecure, sorry that i cant help with bug tracking then, hope you find the mistake without this installation.

Thanks a lot

Yes: I install my preferred apps again, for the second time.
After the reboot are they gone away, the updates, which i link you above are also gone and upcoming with that. It seems as ROSA Freeze is itself frozen. :D
