Description of problem:

After latest updates (new systemd) the reboot feature on several notebooks doesn't work properly. It hangs on the line:

A stop job is running for User Manager for 500

The appropriate line in the journal:

systemd[1]: user@500.service stopping timed out. Killing.

The problem is not reproduced if you reboot the machine immediately after start.
