Ralink RT3290 bluetooth card doesn't work

Description of problem:
The bluetooth card Ralink RT3290 doesn't work. There is no driver for this card in the kernel. There is no BT icon in the system tray.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert the card
2. Turn on the computer
The driver for this card exists, but is not compatible with the kernel 3.14: http://downloads.zotac.com/mediadrivers/mb/download/NB087_Ubuntu.zip
By the way, does the device work with kernel 4.0.x?
