Description of problem:
The keyboard is in QWERTY instead of AZERTY (Français/French during setup) in KDE after installing ROSA Fresh R5.



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ROSA-Fresh-R5 (both i586 and x86_64)



How reproducible:
Always (Tested on 4 computers, 3xi586 and 1xx86_64)



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ROSA-Fresh-R5 and choose "French/Français" language/keyboard during setup.
2. Reboot the computer
3. Login in KDE


Fix:
1. Start "systemsettings"
2. Go to "Input Devices"
3. Click on "Layouts"
4. Check the box "Configure layouts" and click "Apply".
