Description Denis Silakov 2015-02-04 17:10:27 MSK
Currently we use separate config for dracut when building ISO image. This config differes from the one used in the installed system and sometimes this can lead to mismatches between system behavior in Live and Installed modes (especially when one makes a change in one config and forgets to make the same change in another).

The main difference between configs is presence of "dmsquash-live" module. We believe that presence of this module in installed system will make no harm, but better to check this.

Added "dmsquash-live" to default dractur modules to be able to unify dracut configs in live and installed modes.

While updating from these containers for 32bit system I have got logfile dracut-update.txt
And I see these strings:
dracut module 'dmsquash-live' cannot be found or installed.
02caps: Could not find command 'capsh'!
95nbd: Could not find command 'nbd-client'!
dracut module 'dmsquash-live' cannot be found or installed.

Is it normal?

Hm, not very good. From one hand, it is ok that dmsquash-live failed to load on installed system (google reports that it really fails to install if "hostonly" option is specified).

On the other hand, it's not very nice to pollute dracut output with error messages. So let's leave dracut config "as is" for now, we will perform more investigations.

We decided that we are satisfied with the current state of art.
