Description Fabiano Kuller 2014-10-27 22:50:50 MSK
The USB 3.0 ports do not recognize MTP and MSC, the R3 version worked correctly. Only works in USB 2.0 port.

First, please send us the info about your hardware and system configuration. Not much to say without that.

The easiest way is to use our hw-probe tool. You can install hw-probe and then run the following command (as root)

hw-probe -all -upload -id <name_of_your_machine>

You can choose <name_of_your_machine> as you like.

The tool will upload the hardware configuration and some of the system logs to our database (details: http://hw.rosalinux.ru/index.php?show=check) and will show the URL of the probe. Please post the URL here.

Besides, please try to use the devices that do not work in USB 3.0 ports in R4 again. Then save the output of 'journalctl -ab' (as root) and post it here as well.

Error occurs only with Android 2.3
