Description Konstantin Vlasov 2014-09-24 19:53:24 MSD
Type:

cat ~/.kde4/share/config/p

and press TAB to auto-complete the list of files/dirs. Despite the fact that there several files in the directory with names stargin with "p", nothing will be suggested. If you delete this "p" and press TAB, the name "kresources/" will be appended, as if there is nothing else in this directory. It all seems that file names are totally ignored.

If you use full path instead of tilde, like /home/user/.kde4/share/config/, auto-completion works correctly.

$ cat ~/.kde4/share/config/ [TAB]
colors/     kdeconnect/ kresources/
Comment 2 Andrey Bondrov 2014-09-25 17:47:21 MSD
I see, it ignores filenames indeed.
Comment 4 Andrey Bondrov 2014-09-25 17:53:19 MSD
I'll try to fix it today.

Seems to be fixed in bash-completion 2.1-13. Please update, test and close the bug.
