Description of problem:
I have installed ROSA Fresh R3 and gnucash package. I start gnucash and see startup wizard. If I choose option "Import QIF file" (Импорт файлов QIF) - I see that strange window (it is under the main window of gnucash) and don't know how I could import QIF file.
