ROSA 2012 Marathon RP1 iso is free of this problem. Only two packages are reported to be orphans after the first update; these packages are related to pulse2.0 and this behavior is expected.
Comment 2 Hanisch 2012-08-24 20:36:24 MSD
How can I solve the problem on my running system?

$ uname -a
Linux ROSA.2012 3.0.38-nrj-desktop-1rosa.lts #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jul 25 11:51:47 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
Comment 3 Denis Silakov 2012-08-24 20:41:46 MSD
Could you provide an up-to-date output of "urpme --auto-orphans"? (e.g., make 'urpmi --auto-update' and "urpme --auto-orphans" after it?) I'll take a look; maybe some packages should be really removed; otherwise you might want to clear the list of orphans.
