1) Install new system
2) Install printer HP
3) hp-systray can't run, ~/.hplip folder's owner is root and current user don't have access to it.

If I delete the folder, it recreate with correct rights.

I recheck the bug on another computer, bug present.

So is this bug still valid with newest hplip from bug #3403?

On the clean Fresh R3 installation and actual updates I have no sych problem.
