Description of problem:
I have installed ROSA 2012.1 Fresh. After some updates I see that volume level is not saved fior the system. Usually it is maximized after starting system.
Подтверждаю. Проблема такая же на машине с ROSA Linux R1 2012.1 после последних обновлений перестал фиксироваться звук. 
Такая проблема в Chromium, Skype, qmmp

Additional information. Some applications maximizes its volume level too. For example I see that flash player maximizes the volume level while playing online video.
