Description Anton Chernyshov 2012-05-31 10:58:37 MSD
Description of problem:
I have USB mouse that I connect to USB 3.0 port. After notebook suspend this USB port doesn't work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pm-utils-1.4.1-6-rosa.lts2012.0.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put notebook to suspend mode
2. After returning from suspend connect USB mouse (or USB stick) to USB port
3. This not working

How to solve:
Create file in /etc/pm/config.d with this content:
SUSPEND_MODULES=xhci-hcd.

For example, file from my computer:
[root@host13 ~]# cat /etc/pm/config.d/unload_module
SUSPEND_MODULES=xhci-hcd

Name of this file is no matter.

After that all works fine.

Thanks for the report and suggested fix!

Advisory:
/etc/pm/config.d/xhci-hcd added as a workaround for usb 3.0 after suspend
