Description Zombie Ryushu 2013-11-02 22:56:01 MSK
The OpenLDAP smbk5pwd module is not compiled with the version of OpenLDAP 2.4.33 Rosa 2012.1 - this can cause OpenLDAP to crash.
Comment 1 Denis Silakov 2013-11-06 17:22:59 MSK
smbk5pwd *is* built, it is just renamed to smbpwd (/usr/lib/openldap/smbpwd.so). This has been done for years (since the time mdv/rosa decided to build openldap without heimdal).
Comment 2 Zombie Ryushu 2013-11-07 05:28:15 MSK
Does this mean it won't sync krb5?
Comment 3 Denis Silakov 2013-11-07 10:54:33 MSK
Yes, currently openldap is built without krb5 support in smb module.

Though I am not sure that the reasons due ti which krb5 was removed are still valid. It would be nice for someone with deeper knowledge if this area to investigate current state of art.
