Description of problem:

drakeservices is disappeared from Rcc.
and now?

KDE System Settings -> "Startup and Shutdown" -> "Service Manager"

aren't these kde services? or system services(systemd)?

Indeed, this is for KDE services. 

For systemd ones, you can use systemadm. It should handle systemd services better than drakxservices (which are actually intended to control sysv services).

i think it's better you put "systemadm" in menu tools at least.
because no mandriva user knows it.

Drakservice icon in MCC (use latest update) run system-config-services. If not, install it. It's Fedora tools, adapted for Mandriva.
