I see that I could use KWalletManager, but I want to use it.
Comment 2 Aleksandr Kazantcev 2013-02-19 13:17:08 MSK
Run kwalletmanager and setup it (may be without password)

It is only workaround.
Comment 4 Aleksandr Kazantcev 2013-02-19 13:20:30 MSK
It's not workaround - in KDE will not store password without kwalletd - you need instead setup gnomekeyring and use huge Gnome part.

Could You disable not-working features?

Правильно ли понимаю, что в обход бумажника ничего парольное работать не будет в кедах? Но для чего тогда существуют режимы о которых указано в заявке?

But kmail also could save passwords in file and it is a part of KDE only.

NM may save password in two place - gnomekeyring or kwallet. You may try disable setup in knetworkmanager "Use kwallet", but you need MANUALLY setup working NM with keyring. What's problem using right way?

Attach in first topic seen, that you used SAFE STORE - not a file. In KDE that is kwallet.

User has sent incorrect screenshot. He use "В файле (не зашифровано)"

Setup wireless connection to all users (check Avalible to all users in a bottom)

Than try

If not store password, please output

 ls -al /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/

It's upstream feature, that store pass only for all user. Local user need use keyrings.
