Description Konstantin 2013-01-27 17:25:59 MSK
In KDE, when I press Alt+F2 and type 'man:some_comand' It opens man page in default webbrowser.
In Rosa - Firefox comes by default. But Firefox can't work with man pages as Konqueror or Rekonq does. Try 'man:mount' - there's two man pages, and if I choose one, it tries to open it as simple archive file.
Could you make some workaround for this, please?

Doesn't seem to be very easy to fix this, but I can suggest an easy workaround:

1) Get this script:

make it executable and place it to /usr/bin (or somewhere else, this doesn't matter much)

2) Got to KDE Control Center (aka "Configure your desktop"), go to "Common Appearance and Bahavior" -> File associations.

find tex/html type, choose html and add kde_man_wrapper.sh as a default application for this type.

... note that default browser and browser for man pages are hardcoded in the script, you should edit it directly to modify them.
