Description Konstantin 2013-01-27 16:50:16 MSK
Description of problem:
It's very hard to find some packages. And some times even if I know exact name, I still can't find package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.26.12-7-rosa2012.1
And maybe earlier versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start rpmdrake
2.Type in search bar 'webcam' - nothing found
3.Type 'kamoso'
4. It will find kamoso package, and in description you see: "Application... your webcam"

5.Type 'kdedevelop' or 'kdedev' - nothing found
6.Type 'kde'
7. In the list of found packages you can find kdedevelop

Did you set rpmdrake to look for all packages, not only with GUI, as set by default ?
Comment 2 Konstantin 2013-01-27 17:08:26 MSK
Yes, I deed.

By default, rpmdrake searches package names only, not descriptions. So you won't find kamoso when looking for webcam. To change this behavior, click on the magnifying glass near the search field and select choose 'search in package descriptions'.

As for the second case - I think the correct name is 'kdevelop', not 'kdedevelop'.
