batery indicator

Description of problem:
Power management does not work correctly.
Such parameters on the "Energy saving" tab do not work for all type of power - see appropriate attachment
"Яркость экрана" - position on the progres bar does not affect on real brightness.
"Затемнить экран" - brightness does not change after interval on this field
"Screen Energy Saving" - the screen is worjking after interval on this field
I use widget from the tray "battery indicator" to change settings.
I have attached my hardware list too.
